RETURNS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION

Refunds will be provided in the form of original payment except for cash, for which a check will be mailed within 14 days. Any purchase made by gift certificate or store credit will be refunded as a store credit.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom upholstery and special orders cannot be changed, returned or cancelled.

FLOOR MODEL CLEARANCE OR "AS-IS" ITEMS

All clearance or "AS IS" sales are final. "Final Sale" orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

DELIVERY SERVICES

An extra charge will apply when a subsequent delivery is required due to the absence of the customer at the time of the original delivery. There is a charge for pick-up of home delivered merchandise. If the wrong merchandise was delivered or the product arrived damaged, the pick-up fee will be waived. Product assembly is NOT included in home delivery charge. It is the client’s responsibility to have the area clear and accessible for the placement of new furnishings prior to delivery. Drivers are not authorized to move any existing furniture.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the furniture purchased fits into their premises.

Extended warranty, shipping, delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.

Return and exchange policy will apply after inspection of merchandise to determine its condition.

Any merchandise which is received damaged must be reported within 2 days.

In the event that damage occurs during delivery, or if you discover any defect in the product, please contact the store within 48 hours of receipt.
